The Tackle Frenzy Ethos

When we set up Tackle Frenzy we decided that we would be more than just another tackle shop, we wanted to become a valuable resource for local anglers offering quality tackle, quality bait and quality advice on fishing local waters. Hopefully we are a good way there to achieving this as we have extended the shop area, twice, we have an extensive on-line shop, we have a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers across a wide price range of tackle. We try and support local suppliers as well as the large multi-national operations and best of all - we have a social anglers club based here at Tackle Frenzy which many local anglers belong to and benefit from fishing with.

Meet The Team

Martin Lamb	Principle owner of Tackle Frenzy and the guy who will great you when you come in. I fish in most disciplines and understand them all and work hard to ensure that Tackle Frenzy is the best local tackle shop around. Chris Lamb	Chris works whenever he can which is usually on Fridays evenings as we open until 7pm and Saturdays. Again Chris is an active member of the TFAC fishing whenever they go and again in both fresh and salt water. Chris has put a great deal of time and effort into developing the shop and is as capable of offering help and advice to anyone that comes into the shop. Jim Lamb	Jim joins us on Saturday's (when he is not playing in his band) and is our resident pole angler. Jim fishes for both silvers and carp on his pole and is experienced in his discipline though he wants to expand his carp fishing knowledge with rod & reel. Jim also fishes with the TFAC in both fresh water and salt water and his happy to assist anyone whilst in the shop. E-mail Jim at jim@newtonfishing.co.uk

Bill Lamb	AKA "The Old Chap". Bill is the non-angler amongst us but is more than willing to help in any way he can. When the shop is busy, which is quite often nowadays and you know what you want we can get you sorted and on your way as quickly as you want to be.
